Wedding day-of signage can be a little confusing! There are so many beautiful styles and printing techniques available. Please read on and if you are unsure of what style or type or size sign you require or have any questions whatsoever, simply get in touch for a chat.
Printing Methods and Materials
I most commonly work with premium smooth board and acrylic.
All signs are digitally printed on a 6-colour flatbed printer, providing vibrant colours and sharper print quality than conventional sign printers.
I can also offer foil signage on acrylic and raised mirrored foil on acrylic, however please be aware that this type of signage has a much higher price, has a turnaround of 3-4 weeks and requires a custom quote.
My smooth board and acrylic signs will sit on an easel on their own and are shipped flat in protective material.
** Please note: Easels, frames and hanging ties are not included. I recommend talking to your stylist or venue to source what you require.
Sizes & Shapes
Our standard sign sizes are designed to sit nicely on a regular sized easel.
PVC Foamboard ~ 594x841mm (A1)
Acrylic ~ 600x900mm
We can, however, design and print to nearly any size and trim your sign to any shape you desire!
Custom sizes / shapes will require a quote which can be provided within 24 hours.
Design Questions - Wording, Colours, Shapes
The designs on my website show generic / popular wording options. Feel free to change this up!! Our wording will be replaced with your personalised / custom text.
Although all colours can be digitally printed, our printers requires us to provide them with a Pantone colour code to be able to guarantee a certain colour. Below is our Signage Colour Chart. This includes those colours we can 'guarantee'. I know these colours are limiting - I can certainly request other colour combinations however cannot guarantee the printed colour will be exact.
Please note, digital gold is a flat gold colour which resembles gold. It is not a 'foil' and as such, the text does not 'shimmer'.
Production, Proofing, Timing and Shipping
Please allow 2.5 to 3 weeks for design, print and delivery.
Once I have your order details (and/or seating chart guest list) I will commence your design/s and send you a digital proof of the artwork within 48 hours. Once approved, your sign will be sent to print.
When proofing your sign (especially a seating chart), it is recommended you have someone else double check for spelling errors. Please respond with any revisions in a single email so I can make all your revisions at once - this will ensure the design stage runs smoothly and as quick as possible.
