Please note: The frame does not fold down or come apart for transport. Please ensure you have a suitable vehicle for collection and return that can safely accommodate the full frame dimensions.
Security Bond
A $200 refundable cash security bond is required on collection of the frame. This will be returned in full once the frame has been returned on time and in the same condition in which it was hired, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

Our standard hire period allows for collection and return within a 5-day window, giving you plenty of flexibility around your event.
Your confirmed collection and return dates will be arranged with you prior to your event.
If you require the stand for longer, please get in touch before booking and I’ll let you know if an extended hire period is available.
COLLECTION & TRANSPORT
Collection and return is from Coolum Beach, QLD, at an agreed time.
Please keep in mind that this is a large frame:
Dimensions: 80cm W × 161cm H
The frame does not come apart or fold down for transport, so please ensure you have a vehicle large enough to safely accommodate it before booking.
A larger vehicle, SUV, station wagon, van or ute may be required depending on the internal dimensions of your vehicle. Please check your available space before collection, as Peach Perfect cannot guarantee that the frame will fit in a particular vehicle.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We completely understand that plans can sometimes change. When you book the frame, it is reserved exclusively for your event and is no longer available for another booking on those dates.
If you need to cancel your hire, the following terms apply:
More than 14 calendar days before collection: A full refund of the hire fee will be provided.
4–14 calendar days before collection: A 50% refund of the hire fee will be provided. The remaining 50% is retained as the frame has been reserved exclusively for your event.
Within 3 calendar days of collection or failure to collect: The hire fee is non-refundable, as the frame has been held exclusively for your event with very limited opportunity to accept another booking.
These cancellation terms apply to change-of-mind cancellations and do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
SECURITY BOND
A $200 refundable cash security bond is required on collection of the frame.
The bond is simply held as security while the frame is in your care and will be refunded in full when the frame is returned on time and in the same condition in which it was hired, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
DAMAGE OR LOSS
If the frame is damaged while in your care, reasonable repair costs may be deducted from the $200 security bond. If the frame is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, the security bond may be applied towards the reasonable cost of the loss, and you may also be responsible for any reasonable additional amount above the $200 bond.
Please note that this is a custom-built frame and is not readily replaceable.
LATE RETURNS
We understand that the days following an event can be busy, however please ensure the frame is returned by your agreed return date. This is particularly important where it has been reserved for another upcoming event.
If the frame is retained beyond the agreed hire period, a late return fee of $25 per calendar day (inclusive of GST) will apply until it is returned.
