WEDDING INVITATIONS & SAVE THE DATE'S

Timing will vary depending on which printing process you choose and whether additional items such as coloured envelopes are required to be ordered in. I recommend you allow between 3-5 weeks from the time your order is placed. Most digitally printed orders will be closer to 3 weeks, whereas foiling and letterpress will be closer to 6 weeks. If you do require a faster turn around please contact us as we may be able to accommodate based on capacity at the time.

We are based on the Sunshine Coast and ship to all of Australia and New Zealand. A postage quote will be required for shipping to NZ. I primarily use Australia Post however will on occasions offer courier shipping if this works best for your delivery address.

We are currently not offering a 'pick up' service.

Colour Changes ~ Are included and there is no extra cost. Watercolours, florals and foliage cannot be colour adjusted. Many of my designs can be printed on coloured cardstock too. Feel free to contact me anytime to discuss what colour mix you are wanting to achieve.

You can order a printed colour chart or Paper / Invitation Sample Pack be posted so you can be assured of how ink colours print (as what you see on your computer may not be a true representation of the printed colour).

Font Changes ~ We are also happy to change the fonts used in most designs, and offer 2 x proof options at the initial proofing stage to ensure you are happy with your font selection. Please note, certain printing techniques require particular font styles (foiling, letterpress).  

Layout Changes ~ The layout of any stationery designs which include florals and foliage cannot be adjusted. We have designed our floral stationery specifically around the beautiful elements.

I offer a variety of paper/card stocks including printing on coloured and black card, buffalo kraft, and white textured card. I will always help you decide which option will suit your needs and the design itself the best. Detailed information on each of our stocks can be found HERE.

We often print guest names on invitations and menus. The option to add this and further details is available on each product page.

You may like to have different wording for groups of guests. We do not charge an additional design fee for this if it is just wording changes, however there is a printing fee for processing different files of AUD$45 per file.

Yes you can. Please choose any design and let us know that you are wanting to write on the back of your cards and we will adjust your design to suit.

BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENTS, BAPTISM INVITATIONS

Photo Invitations and Announcements:
350gsm silk cardstock. This is a thick stock which provides high ink saturation which is perfect for photos.

Non Photo Invitations:
350gsm silk or Premium 325gsm Smooth.

Smooth white envelopes are included and we offer envelope upgrades and envelope design and printing for clients wanting premium coloured envelopes.

If you have paid for beautiful, professional photos and your photographer has approved you to use the digital image then this is perfectly ok. I feel strongly about ownership of professional photography so please ensure your photographer has approved your use of the photo/s. 

Yes you can. Please choose any design and let us know that you are wanting to write on the back of your cards and we will adjust your design to suit.

ON-THE-DAY STATIONERY ~ WEDDING & BAPTISM

Yes! We can print guest names on any card or invitation. There is an additional fee to cover the design time and printer costs for providing variable print files. Please use our excel / numbers document to supply your guest names. This is emailed to you soon after we receive your order.

Flat place cards are definitely currently on trend! All our design can be flat or folded, and our pricing includes various sizes and shapes (square or rectangle) up to 50mm x 80mm.

We can also customise font styles and colours for you. If unsure of the processes please get in touch via email.

LARGE SIGNAGE (WELCOME SIGNS, SEATING CHARTS)

We offer design and printing on 200gsm cardstock or mounted to smooth, lightweight board (3-5mm thick). Cardstock signs will need a frame as they will not stand on their own against an easel, whereas our board signs sit nicely on an easel as they are!

The most popular size for welcome signs and seating charts is A1 (594x841mm). If you choose to print on cardstock you will need to purchase a picture frame for your sign. In this case our pricing covers any sizes close to A1.

We can design and print to any size however for a sign larger than A1, please get in touch for a quote prior to ordering.

Generally, timing for design, print and delivery is approximately 1.5 weeks. This depends greatly on the proofing process, how quickly you can respond to proofs, and your location. Deliveries to WA, TAS, NT and country areas can take a little longer. Express Shipping can be arranged on request for a small additional fee. 

Yes, we can add eyelet holes to either the top or top & bottom of our board signs, however we cannot offer frames for you to hang your sign on due to location and shipping expenses!

Wedding stylists, decorators and hire companies will generally have these for hire.

SMALL SIGNAGE (BAR, GIFTS, COVID ANNOUNCEMENT ETC)

Yes!! Although I don't offer many of these through the website I am happy to custom design any smaller sign for your event! Popular signs include 'Cards & Gifts' 'Guestbook' 'In Memory Of' and currently 'Covid/Social Distancing' signs.

Printing size can be up to A3 and you will require a picture frame for your sign which is professionally printed on 200gsm cardstock.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

In order to preserve the integrity of our designs and our quality standards, most of our stationery is offered only as a finished printed product. This includes our wedding invitation suites. Peach Perfect does not offer invitation suites as print your own files.

Some items are offered as Print Your Own files, including our large format signage (seating charts, welcome signs) and our table numbers. The reasoning behind this is that commercially printing in smaller quantities can be very expensive due to print set up fees…we want to provide our clients with a more affordable option to have their reception stationery coordinate with their beautiful, printed invitation suite. We also believe that when displayed at the reception venue (generally in frames) the cardstock and printing quality will not be as ‘noticeably’ different. 

All stationery is generally 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your order to the time you receive your gorgeous package. In some cases, we can speed the process up a little and are always happy to let you know if this can be done with no additional charge. If you literally require your wedding reception stationery in under 10 business days, more than likely you will need to pay a RUSH ORDER fee.

 

Peach Perfect uses various professional, commercial printers who use machines offering the latest in digital printing technology. These printers create stationery pieces with brilliant text clarity and beautiful detailed images.

Throughout the past 12 years we have developed a strong relationship with printers who offer particular areas of speciality, for example, foil printing, signage, and letterpress. This means your items may be printed in Qld, Vic or even WA. All printing is done in Australia - we do not outsource to other countries. Only our envelopes are printed in-house majority of the time.

Absolutely! Many of my designs can be adjusted to include foil stamping, digital foiling and letterpress printing. Sometimes we may need to make slight adjustments to your design / fonts / layout to allow for these special printing processes which we are happy to do of course.

Detailed information on each of your printing options can be found under the 'Helpful Info' link at top. Most specialty techniques will require a custom quote.

All of our designs are protected by Australian and International Copyright Law. Therefore, to protect our designers from copying and theft, we do not release font information under any circumstances.

I never send any client designs to print without asking you to 'carefully' proof your design, including all spelling. Once I have received your approval to print no further changes can be made without requesting a new order, as your design is likely already being printed. I will, however, always accommodate a reduction in the cost to make any design adjustment for reprinting. As printers have minimum print quantities and set-up fees, you will be required to cover the cost of the minimum print run/quantity for that item.

The answer here is yes and no. In Australia our suppliers offer only a few options for envelope sizes. So if you are ordering an invitation or rsvp card, or birth announcement, then we must stick to standard sizing (A6, 5x7", 120x180mm and A5). 

Items that don't require an envelope can be printed to any size! For example, we offer circular reception menus, various sizes for place cards and signage etc. 

Standard pricing and sizes are included on my website however feel free to get in touch for a custom quote if you are looking for a shape or size you can't see on my website.

I have spent many years building my network of printers who provide Peach Perfect with an array of printing opportunities through our Trade relationship. Peach Perfect is a "Design and Print" service. I do not print any other designers work. 
If you have had a small part custom designed for your stationery item such as a unique monogram, and you can provide your monogram in a format I can use, I am happy to do this (as long as you have the written approval to use the artwork in my design). If additional design time is required due to formats being incorrect, a fee of AUD$55 per hour will be charged.

Seriously, this is such a common thing and I am always doing my best to accommodate the last minute wedding rush!! Don't feel like this is just you!
Although most stationery takes around 2-3 weeks from the time I receive your order to the time you receive your gorgeous package, I can in some cases offer to RUSH your order. 

Our RUSH SERVICE does however depend on what you are ordering and obviously, your delivery details. It's always best to get in touch with me prior to ordering for a chat about your situation and whether I can work within your deadline.

COSTS, PAYMENT OPTIONS, DEPOSITS

We accept payment via direct bank deposit, Paypal and AfterPay. We feel that these forms of payment are safe and ensure our customers remain comfortable with their online transaction.

On placing an order you will be provided with your options and if you choose Paypal you will be redirected to the secure Paypal gateway to make your payment.

If you choose to pay via direct bank deposit, I will commence your design work once your payment shows in my account or you can email me a receipt from your bank to get started sooner.

The Afterpay option will not show on the product page but will appear in Checkout.

We are a little limited with offering part-payments via our website so please just choose to pay manually (via bank deposit) and let us know in your order form that you would like to pay a deposit first with balance later.

ENVELOPES & ENVELOPE PRINTING

Yes, smooth white (high quality) envelopes are complimentary with all orders that require an envelope. I also offer the option to upgrade your envelopes to premium coloured or kraft!

Yes I do! Very popular for Wedding and Christening invitations. I can custom design your envelopes to match your other stationery items, and always offer a minimum of 2 x design options for you to choose from. 

Printing options are black ink on white or light coloured envelopes, and white ink on dark or black envelopes. For colour printing please get in touch prior to ordering. The additional cost for envelope printing is listed on each product. 

There are so many gorgeous colours and styles available! Many we do not keep on hand but order in especially for you.
