GENERAL DESIGN QUESTIONS

At Peach Perfect, every piece of stationery is designed and printed with intention, care, and a deep understanding of how design and production work hand-in-hand. Each item is thoughtfully crafted with attention to typography, layout, colour, and material, ensuring it not only looks stunning but prints to the highest possible quality.

Because of this, I do not offer standalone printing of externally designed files. Printing is the final step of a much more involved creative process, and I’ve found that to maintain the high standards I promise (and that my clients expect), I only print the designs I create in-house for my clients.

I do not currently offer in-person studio consultations (as I work from a home studio). However if you are local, I will happily meet with you in person at a local cafe over a coffee!

Rush orders are possible for most of our items, depending on how quickly you need your stationery/signage items.

A rush service will incur an additional fee for both your 'design' and your 'print job' to be prioritised above our other clients.

General timings are noted on each product page. Please contact hello@peachperfect.com.au if you cannot see the Rush Fee option or pricing information.

Timing does vary a little but we generally request orders be placed 4-6 weeks prior. Timing is noted on each product page.

I understand your guest list can often change last minute, however to have your stationery / signs to you in a timely manner we still require final print approval on seating charts / place cards 3 weeks prior.

Before anything is printed, you’ll receive digital proofs to review and approve. This is your chance to carefully check every detail (spelling, dates, names, and layout) as your approval means we're good to send to print.

If your event is coming up soon, please check your order as soon as it arrives. While I’ll always do my best to help, last-minute events often leave little time for corrections or reprints.

If you do notice an issue, email Nicole at hello@peachperfect.com.au within 5 days of delivery. If the error was on my end, I will of course correct this it at no cost. If the error was approved in your final proof, fees will apply for the design, printing and shipping of your new order.

Our wedding sample pack is a great way to see and feel the true quality of our designs, our paper range and printing options. Samples are pre-printed with generic information.

The cost of your sample pack will be refunded to you if you choose to order with us (min order value $300.00).

Of course! I believe your personalised stationery should be what 'YOU' want it to be. Whether you need more information conveyed through your invitations but budget wont allow for extra cards, or whether you wish to include a personalised message for each of your guests on the back of your menus or thank you cards.

Printing on White Cardstock: Wording and text colours are customisable. Florals and greenery are not customisable.

Printing on Coloured Cardstock: If printing on light coloured card, please choose a darker colour for text / design elements.
If printing on dark coloured card, please choose white ink for text / design elements.

BABY ANNOUNCEMENT CARDS + BAPTISM INVITATIONS

Photo Invitations and Announcements:
Satin cardstock (350gsm). This is a smooth coated cardstock which provides high ink saturation perfect for photos.

Non-Photo Invitations:
Satin cardstock (350gsm) or you can upgrade to our premium uncoated soft white cardstock in smooth or textured finish (325gsm).

We also offer a large range of various beautiful coloured stocks which can be printed with colour, white or black ink (270gsm-360gsm).

Smooth white envelopes are included and we offer envelope upgrades and envelope design and print services for clients wanting premium coloured envelopes.

Yes, absolutely! You’re welcome to request any font styles you’ve seen across our website designs. Just be sure to include this request when placing your order (before design work has begun) and I’ll be happy to show you a few font options during the concept stage.

If the chosen font doesn’t quite suit your child’s name or the overall design, I’ll always offer a couple of alternative options when I send through your initial proof. The goal is to make sure everything looks beautiful and works perfectly!

I am happy to make very minor adjustments to your photos to ensure they print their best. These adjustments are limited to lighting / contrast.

Blurring the background, removing some or part of the background, and any other detailed photoshopping is not included.

I generally do not edit professional photos as they do not require editing.

A good quality ball point pen will work fine! Just make sure let your cards dry after you have written on them.

Please order some extras as spares to test your pen and to allow for the odd mistake!
