With so many beautiful possibilities, it can feel a little overwhelming, so I’ve created this guide to help simplify the process. Whether you're planning a wedding, celebration or special gathering, this resource is here to inspire and support you in selecting signage that feels cohesive, thoughtful, and true to your style.
FOAMBOARD
Lightweight yet durable, our 5mm foamboard is the most popular signage choice — combining affordability
with beautiful, full-colour printing to bring your signage
dreams to life. With a soft matte finish, we also include complimentary laser cutting into a range of
gorgeous shapes to suit your vision.
FABRIC
For a soft and romantic feel, our linen signage brings a dreamy, ethereal touch to your event. Available in classic soft white or oatmeal, with different weights and various hanging styles, our linen signs are printed with eco-friendly water-based inks and fold easily for transport. Just give them a gentle steam on the day to keep them looking their best.
ACRYLIC
Sleek and polished, acrylic signage offers a luxurious, glass-like finish that brings elegance and sophistication to any event. Choose from a range of solid colours in matte or gloss, with complimentary laser cutting into stylish shapes. Elevate your design with direct printing on metallic or mirror acrylics, or add depth with 3D laser-cut lettering for a truly refined finish.
COLOURS
We have developed two signage colour charts to help you choose the perfect hue - one tailored for printing on foamboard and the other for acrylic. Any questions, feel free to ask!
* Digital gold is a printed flat tone that resembles gold, but it is not metallic or foiled. For gold, silver and rose gold, I recommend printing on mirror or metallic acrylic.
* Colours on screen may differ slightly from the final printed result due to variations in monitor settings / the printing process.

SOLID ACRYLIC COLOURS
Available in gloss and/or matte finishes.
FROSTED ACRYLIC COLOURS
Semi-translucent. They allow light to pass through. This diffuses the light & scatters it, making objects behind it blurry.
METALLIC & MIRROR ACRYLIC
Luxe materials that add serious wow-factor to your signage. Mirror acrylic has a reflective, glass-like finish (think gold, silver or rose gold) that catches the light beautifully, while metallic acrylic offers a soft shimmer with a brushed effect. Both options elevate your styling and create a modern, polished look that’s perfect for statement pieces.
Sizes & Shapes
Below lists the more popular sizes for event signs.
Large Signs
The most popular size for our acrylic or foamboard signs to sit neatly on most easels is 594x841mm (A1) or 600x900mm.
This size is also generally chosen for hanging signs.
Larger signs up to A0 are available on request (as an upgrade).
The more popular size for our fabric signage is 60x200cm which generally allows for nice draping on the floor.
Please ensure to double check the measurements of your frame or easel before we print.
Small Signs
Our smaller signs are sized A3 or smaller.
Perfect for bar signs, wishing well signs, guestbook signs, in memory signs and more.
Popular Shapes

DISPLAYING YOUR SIGN
Wedding signs may be a small detail, but they add the perfect finishing touch to your celebration. Whether displayed on an easel, hanging from a frame, or sitting in a plinth, there are plenty of stylish ways to showcase your signage.
Peach Perfect offers hole drilling, backing struts, acrylic bases, eyelets and rod pockets! If you are not able to find what you are looking for, get in touch for details!
While we are unable to ship easels or frames, we offer hire options for local clients on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS
To ensure your signs are perfect, I recommend having someone else also carefully proof your design (especially guest names on a seating chart) before approval. This is especially important for seating charts and bar signs!
Your sign will be printed through one of our trusted Australian printing partners, depending on your selected material and style. Orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier, with standard delivery times ranging from 3–10 business days (typically 4–5). Rush orders and express shipping may be available - please get in touch prior to ordering. Shipping is available within Australia only.

Seating Chart Layout
Your wedding style, your chosen design from our range of seating chart designs, and the number of tables and guests you are displaying will determine much of the layout...however bold type, white space, font combos, colours and more will always be customised by us to ensure your seating chart is not only functional but "knock-your-socks-off" GORGEOUS!
banquet layout
Guest names are displayed in their seated position to show exactly who they are seated beside and opposite. Suited for weddings and events where there are 1 to 4 tables.
table number layout
Each guest is listed under their table number or name.
Perfect for 2 to 20 tables. Best to list your guests alphabetically under each table.
alphabetical layout
Guests are listed under their first or surname letter. Alphabetical charts are suited for any event, however are a must for events with a large number of guests.
