We know you’re eagerly awaiting your wedding details (and we don’t blame you!). Every Peach Perfect order is created with so much love, and we take just as much care when packaging it — ensuring your stationery and signage arrive safely, beautifully, and ready for the big day.

General Shipping Information
Shipping timeframes and delivery options vary depending on the product you’ve selected. Estimated production and dispatch timeframes are clearly outlined on each product page — by placing your order, you’re confirming your acceptance of these timelines.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, or can be viewed via our Postage and Handling Fees page.
Once your order leaves our studio, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. We use trusted delivery partners including Australia Post (Regular or Express) and selected courier services to ensure everything arrives safely.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only. While we do everything we can to keep things moving smoothly, sometimes delays happen that are outside of our control (think weather, transport delays, or those extra busy peak periods).
If your order feels like it’s taking a little longer than expected, please reach out — we’re always happy to check in on things for you.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, let us know and we’ll step in. We’ll liaise directly with the shipping provider and work towards a solution as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items
While we do our best to pack everything securely, we know sometimes shipping companies can be a little… rough on boxes.
If your items arrive less than perfect, please snap a photo within 2 business days of delivery and email it through to us so we can take a look. From there, we’ll work with you on a suitable resolution - in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Third-Party Shipping or Collection
If you choose to arrange your own courier or organise collection, responsibility for your order transfers once it leaves our hands. This means we’re unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during third-party handling arranged independently.
International Shipping
We absolutely love sending our designs all over the world 🌏
For international orders, we typically ship via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes can vary depending on location and customs processing.
A little heads up - international deliveries may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are set by your country (those sneaky extras!) and are the responsibility of the recipient.
