> Once we have your order information / wording, a digital design proof will be emailed to you within 2 business days for your review and feedback.

If your sign is a seating chart, we will email you our spreadsheet template upon receiving your order for you to complete with your guest names.

> If revisions are requested, your revised proof will be emailed within 2 business days.

> 2 rounds of proofs / design amends are complimentary. Additional amends following this will incur a design fee (Terms & Conditions). No designs will ever be printed until you are satisfied with your design proof and we have your final approval!

** We do our best to ensure your design is perfect HOWEVER we encourage you to take great care to ensure the accuracy of your design before providing approval to print. It is ultimately your responsibility to ensure your design is correct (including spelling errors).

* Timing cannot be guaranteed as it is dependant on how quickly you can respond to design proofs, and how many rounds of corrections / proofs are requested. We guarantee a 1-2 business day turnaround on all requested amends.

> Please provide a ‘Safe to Leave’ address.
> We do not guarantee shipping times (however generally our signs will be delivered around 4 business days following print production).
