Dimensions:
600x900mm (will suit up to 160 guests). Larger guest numbers may require a larger sign size.
Customisation:
Your choice of wording, sign shape and colours.
Fonts and design elements are fixed to maintain the integrity of each collection.
The layout of your seating chart will be customised to suit your venue table arrangement.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email from us within 2 business days to collect the finer details for your signage combo, including wording, layout and colour selections.

While our Classic size (600x900mm) is the most popular and suits most easels and hanging frames, we are happy to accommodate larger sizes, custom dimensions and unique styling concepts.

This is where the fun begins! We'll personalise your design to make it uniquely yours while ensuring it's equal parts gorgeous and practical.
Your order includes an initial design concept and two complimentary rounds of proof amendments, with additional proofs available if needed.
Please note that printed signage colours may vary slightly from paper stationery due to differences in materials and print processes.
The Golden Rule: Nothing ever goes to print without your written approval.
Your Responsibility: While I review every proof with a sharp eye, you are ultimately responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork, including spelling, grammar, dates, guest details and wording, before giving the green light to print.
As a guide, please allow 2-5 days for the designing stage, plus up to 2 weeks for production and delivery once your final proof has been approved.
Need your sign sooner?
Priority Printing is available for urgent orders. Your sign will be printed and dispatched within 2 business days of final proof approval, reducing production time from our standard 5 business days to just 2 business days.
- Within 14 Days: If your event is within the next 14 days, please add Priority Printing to your order.
- Less Than 10 Days: If your big day is less than 10 days away, please get in touch before ordering so I can confirm if we can meet your deadline.
Shipping Details
Complimentary shipping is included Australia-wide. All signage is carefully packaged and shipped via Australia Post or courier service.
Please provide a safe location for delivery when submitting your details.
