Once your order has been received, I'll be in touch via email to collect your guest list and any additional details needed to bring your design to life.
Finer details:
- Printed on premium 300–350gsm cardstock.
- Colours and wording can be customised to suit your event. Fonts are fixed as part of the collection design and cannot be changed.
- Classic flat rectangle place cards are included, with a range of signature shapes and folded cards available as an upgrade.
- Layout will be adjusted to suit your chosen shape, wording and guest names.
- As our minimum print quantity is 40, please make sure you order some extras for any last-minute guest changes or additions.
- Matching stationery items can be created to complete the look.

Menu sizes can be selected from the product options before adding to cart:
- 5×7 inch (Classic)
- 99×210mm (Classic Tall / DL)
- 148×210mm (Statement / A5 / Large Menu)
Your selected shape will be proportioned to suit your chosen menu size. For example, selecting an arch shape with the 99×210mm option will create a classic tall arch menu.
Our signature menu shapes are available to select in the product options. Looking for something a little more unexpected? I also love creating custom shapes, from florals and seashells to something entirely your own.
As custom shapes, larger formats and more intricate die-cut designs can require different production methods, these are quoted individually. Please get in touch before ordering so I can confirm and provide a custom quote.

If you have selected Guest Name Printing, I’ll email you a spreadsheet template to collect your guest names.
Your design concept will be emailed within 2–3 business days for your review and feedback.
Two complimentary rounds of proof amendments are included. Revised proofs are generally returned within 1–2 business days.
Nothing is printed without your written approval. Please check all wording, spelling, guest names and event details carefully before approving your final proof.
Additional amendments are available if needed; however, extensive revisions may incur an additional design fee.
Production Timing
Please allow approximately:
- 1 week for design (timing can vary depending on how quickly your wording, guest information, proof reviews and approvals are received).
- A further 2–3 weeks for print production and delivery.
Rush Orders
Priority Printing may be available for urgent cardstock orders, reducing print production from approximately 5 business days to 2 business days after final proof approval, at an upgrade cost of $55.00.
As availability can vary during busy periods, please get in touch before ordering so I can confirm whether Priority Printing can be accommodated.
Shipping
Orders are shipped Australia-wide via Australia Post. Regular and Express Post options are available at checkout; Express Post applies to delivery only and does not reduce design or print production time. Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
