TAB - 2 HIRE SIGN STANDS

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your stand hire, the following terms apply:

• 14+ Business Days Prior: If cancelled more than 14 business days before the event, a full refund will be provided.

• Within 14 Days: If cancelled within 14 days of the event, 50% of the hire fee is non-refundable, as we have held this item exclusively for you.

• Within 5 Days: No refunds are permitted for cancellations made within 5 days of your event date.

SECURITY BOND & EXTENDED HIRE

Security Bond: A refundable security bond (noted on each product page) is required for this hire item. This bond is payable in addition to your order total and acts as security to cover any loss or damage that may occur while the stand is in your care.

The bond will be fully refunded once the frame is returned on time and in the same condition it was hired out.

Late Return Fees: Please ensure the item is returned by the agreed date. If the sign stand is retained beyond the agreed hire period, a late return fee of $35.00 per day (inclusive of GST) will be charged until the item is returned.
