Our diverse collection of large and smaller wedding day signs includes (but is not limited to) welcome signs, seating charts, bar and beverage signs, order of events, wishing well and memorial signs.

Printing Methods and Materials
I most commonly work with premium smooth PVC Foamboard, Acrylic, Cardstock and Fabric. All our larger signs (except our fabric signs) are digitally printed on a 6-colour flatbed printer, providing vibrant colours and sharper print quality than conventional sign printers.
Our Fabric signs are printed using environmentally friendly water based inks.
Specialty techniques such as foiling, decals and raised mirrored lettering require a custom quote and minimum 4-6 week turnaround (dependant on shipping location).
Displaying your signs
Despite being a small detail, wedding signs are like the frosting on top of your wedding cake. They can be displayed in so many different gorgeous ways ~ propped on an easel, hanging from a frame, on a timber or acrylic stand and so on!
The best way to display your signs will depend on your budget and your wedding style.
Large Signs
Printed on premium 5mm PVC foamboard or 3mm Acrylic or one of our stunning linen or linen-blend fabrics.
Foamboard and acrylic are perfect for sitting on an easel. No picture frame is required. Hanging holes / eyelets are available with our acrylic and fabric signs only.
Small Signs
Printed on 5mm PVC foamboard or 3mm Acrylic.
Self standing options available, or sit your sign on a small easel, a picture frame or small timber or acrylic table stand.
** Easels, frames and hanging ties are not included. I recommend talking to your stylist or venue to source what you require.
YOUR WORDING
All wording is customisable ~ after all, it's your special day!
Our generic wording will be replaced with your personalised / custom text.

CHOOSING COLOURS
Please choose your signage text and background colours from our chart below. Other colours can be requested, however we cannot guarantee the colour will print as expected.
Fabric signs will have the fabric as the background colour ie. white or oatmeal.
* Digital gold is a flat gold colour which resembles gold. It is not a 'foil' and as such, the text does not 'shimmer'.
* The colours you see when proofing your design may vary to the printed sign due to monitor brightness, monitor calibration, and the RGB/CMYK/Pantone print process.

* Shipping of large PVC and acrylic signage is within Australia only. Smaller signs and our fabric signs can and are often shipped to our overseas clients.

Seating Chart Layout
Your wedding style, your chosen design from our range of seating chart designs, and the number of tables and guests you are displaying will determine much of the layout...however bold type, white space, font combos, colours and more will always be customised by us to ensure your seating chart is not only functional but "knock-your-socks-off" GORGEOUS!
table number layout
Each guest is listed under their table number or name.
Perfect for 2 to 20 tables.
banquet layout
Guest names are displayed in their seated position to show exactly who they are seated beside and opposite. Suited for weddings and events where there are 1 to 4 tables.
alphabetical layout
Guests are listed under their first or surname letter. Alpha charts are suited for weddings and events where there are a large number of guests.
