TAB 3 - Frame Hire SECURITY BOND

SECURITY BOND

A $200 refundable cash security bond is required on collection of the frame.

The bond is simply held as security while the frame is in your care and will be refunded in full when the frame is returned on time and in the same condition in which it was hired, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.

DAMAGE OR LOSS

If the frame is damaged while in your care, reasonable repair costs may be deducted from the $200 security bond. If the frame is lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, the security bond may be applied towards the reasonable cost of the loss, and you may also be responsible for any reasonable additional amount above the $200 bond.

Please note that this is a custom-built frame and is not readily replaceable.

LATE RETURNS

We understand that the days following an event can be busy, however please ensure the frame is returned by your agreed return date. This is particularly important where it has been reserved for another upcoming event.

If the frame is retained beyond the agreed hire period, a late return fee of $25 per calendar day (inclusive of GST) will apply until it is returned.
