TIMING

WELCOME SIGNS / BAR SIGNS
Design: 2-5 business days.
Printing & Shipping: Allow 7-12 business days (often can be quicker).

SEATING CHARTS
Design: 4-6 business days.
Printing & Shipping: Allow 7-12 business days (often can be quicker).

* Timing cannot be guaranteed as it is dependant on how quickly you can respond to design proofs, and how many rounds of corrections / proofs are requested. We guarantee a 1-2 business day turnaround on all changes.

RUSH ORDERS
> If you choose ‘Priority Printing’, we guarantee your sign will be printed and shipped out within 2 business days (this does NOT take into account ‘design time’ or ‘shipping’). Regular print production is 4-5 business days.
> If you require your event sign within 14 days, ‘Priority Printing’ must be added when ordering.

SHIPPING

> All signage is shipped via Australia Post or Courier service.
> Shipping within Australia only. International shipping is unavailable for our large signs (we do offer a Print Your Own option!).
> Please provide a ‘Safe to Leave’ address if possible. 
> We do not guarantee shipping times (however generally our signs will be delivered around 4 business days following print production).
