Additional Design Revisions

Our designs include an initial design concept and two complimentary rounds of alterations for all printed orders.

We understand that sometimes a few extra changes are needed! If you’ve used your complimentary alterations and would like to make further changes, you can purchase an additional design amendment here.

Each $30 Design Amendment Fee covers the additional design time required to make your requested changes and prepare a new digital proof for your review.

A few things to keep in mind:

• This service is available for existing orders and covers alterations to your current design.
• If your changes involve guest names or seating arrangements, please supply your updated information as text in an email, a Word document, Google Doc or spreadsheet, rather than a PDF or image. This reduces the chance of errors.
• Each Design Amendment Fee includes one additional set of changes and one revised digital proof. Any further changes requested after receiving your updated proof will incur an additional amendment fee, so we kindly ask that you include all requested alterations in your initial email.
• If you’re considering a completely new design, different layout or more extensive customisation, please get in touch and we’ll happily provide a quote.
• We’re happy to make additional changes to your design right up until you’ve given us your final approval to print. Once you’ve approved your design, we’re unable to make any further alterations as your order will be moving into production. If you do need to make changes after this point, a new order may be required, so please take a little extra time to check everything carefully before providing final print approval x
