Planning a wedding or special event comes with plenty of details, and preparing your guest list can quickly become one of the more time-consuming tasks.
If you'd rather leave the spreadsheets to us, we're happy to take care of it.
Simply provide your existing guest list and we'll carefully transfer your guest names and table allocations into our production worksheets, ready for the design of your personalised stationery and signage.

How Does It Work?
Many of our personalised stationery and signage products require guest names, table allocations or other personalised information.
Once you've placed your order, we'll email you our Guest List Worksheets to complete. These worksheets form an important part of our design process and help ensure your information is organised consistently before moving into production.
Guest names require an exceptionally high level of accuracy, and many names have multiple accepted spellings. Using a standardised worksheet helps minimise the possibility of transcription errors, ensures table allocations are transferred correctly, and allows your information to flow efficiently into our design process.
If you'd prefer not to complete the worksheets yourself, simply add our Guest List Transfer Service and we'll prepare them for you using your existing guest list.

Once you've confirmed the information is correct, we'll begin the design process and send through your artwork proofs for review before anything is sent to print.

Your Guest List Transfer Service includes one complete transfer of your guest information into our production worksheets.
Before design work begins, you'll have the opportunity to review the completed worksheets and provide one round of amendments if required.
As guest lists naturally evolve, we're always happy to help with additional changes. However, substantial revisions or multiple rounds of amendments after your included review may incur an additional administration fee.
