Bring softness and movement to your wedding styling with fabric signage. This discounted pairing includes two key pieces for your day, with your choice of fabric, colours and finishing details.
Your bundle includes:
- 1 × Fabric Welcome Sign: 70 × 200cm
- 1 × Fabric Bar Sign: 50 × 150cm
- Colours and wording will be personalised
- Choose from rod pocket or eyelets for your preferred display style
- Fonts are fixed as part of each signature collection
- Optional ribbon for your welcome sign
These sizes have been chosen to create a generous amount of drape while remaining practical for most wedding venues.
The widths listed above are the maximum included with this bundle, however your signs can be made narrower if preferred. Looking for something taller, wider or in a different fabric? Custom sizing and fabric options are available by quotation.

Our fabric bar signs are available in a range of standard sizes, with custom sizing also available on request.
Your bar sign will be 50cm wide, however can be as wide as 65cm at no extra cost (depending on your preferred display). Choose from the following lengths:
- 150cm – Ideal for smaller bar fronts and more intimate celebrations.
- 200cm – Our most popular size, offering beautiful drape while remaining practical for most venues.
- 250cm – Perfect for extra impact and a more dramatic draped finish.
For larger hanging signs, eyelets or a sewn-in rod pocket can be added for easy installation. Eyelets are included, while rod pockets are available as an optional upgrade.
Please note: All dimensions are approximate and may vary by a few centimetres due to cutting and finishing. Hemming will slightly reduce the finished dimensions.
This is where the fun begins! We'll personalise your design to make it uniquely yours while ensuring it's equal parts gorgeous and practical.
Your order includes initial design concepts + two rounds of proof amendments, with additional proofs available if needed as an add-on.
Please note that printed signage colours may vary slightly from paper stationery and what you see on screen due to differences in materials and print processes.
The Golden Rule: Nothing ever goes to print without your written approval.
Your Responsibility: While I review every proof with a sharp eye, you are ultimately responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork, including spelling, grammar, dates, guest details and wording, before giving the green light to print.
Timing: Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for design, production and delivery.
* Timing for the design stage cannot be guaranteed as it is dependant on how quickly you can respond to design proofs, and how many rounds of corrections / proofs are requested. We guarantee a 1-2 business day turnaround on all changes.
Rush orders are currently not available with fabric signage.
Shipping: Our fabric signs are shipped via Australia Post or Courier.
Although they are carefully ironed and folded prior to shipping out, please understand that creasing will occur and your sign will need to be ironed or steamed prior to your day.
