Designed to bring a soft, natural elegance to your wedding day, our linen signage duo is a beautiful way to welcome your guests and guide them to their seats with intention. This package includes both a personalised welcome sign and matching seating chart. By choosing these two pieces together, you’ll not only create a beautifully cohesive look for your day – you’ll also enjoy special bundled pricing (save over $100!).
- Choose from any of our semi-custom designs. Layout will be adjusted accordingly once we receive your sign information.
- Choose to keep the edges raw or add hemming.
- Add eyelets or a discreet rod pocket for hanging
- Most popular size: 65cm wide x 200cm tall. Maximum width of both signs is 140cm. Please double check measurements with your frame.
- Up to 200 guest names. Does not include alphabetically designed charts.
THE PROCESS
We will email you for the finer details for your signs within 2 business days. Once we have this information, digital design concepts will be provided within 2 business days.
2 rounds of complimentary amends are provided. If additional changes / design proofs are required, this is perfectly fine however a small design fee will apply.
DISPLAYING YOUR SIGN
Frames are not included. If you are local to the Sunshine Coast, we have some beautiful stands for hire. Please get in touch for a quote. If not local, please speak to your venue or planner to source these.

> Please provide your wording and colour choice/s when ordering (or by email).
> Your initial proof will be provided via email within 2 business days for your review and feedback.
> Included are 2 rounds of design amends. Amends will be made within 2 business days and a revised design proof will be emailed to you for feedback.
> Additional amends following this will incur a design fee (Terms & Conditions). No designs will ever be printed until you are satisfied with your design proof and we have your final approval!
** We do our best to ensure your design is perfect HOWEVER we encourage you to take great care to ensure the accuracy of your design before providing approval to print. It is ultimately your responsibility to ensure your design is correct (including spelling errors).
TIMING
Please allow around 4 weeks.
(Design: 2-5 business days + Production/Shipping: 21 business days)
* Timing for the design stage cannot be guaranteed as it is dependant on how quickly you can respond to design proofs, and how many rounds of corrections / proofs are requested. We guarantee a 1-2 business day turnaround on all changes.
RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders are not available with fabric signage.
SHIPPING
Our fabric signs are all shipped via Australia Post regular or express.
> Although our fabric signs are carefully ironed and folded prior to shipping out, please understand that creasing will occur and your sign will need to be ironed prior to your special day!
> All signage is shipped via Australia Post to Australia & New Zealand (please allow extra time for NZ shipping).
