Designed to bring a soft, natural elegance to your wedding day, our Welcome + Bar fabric signage duo is a beautiful way to greet your guests and invite them to celebrate with a drink! Fabric bar signs have become a favourite for modern weddings, adding a relaxed sense of luxury to your bar styling. By choosing these two pieces together, you’ll not only create a beautifully cohesive look for your day – you’ll also enjoy bundled pricing.
Choose from any of our semi-custom designs! Layout will be adjusted accordingly once we receive your signage information.
Font styles are part of each semi-custom design / collection and are not able to be customised.
Choose to include a sewn top rod pocket or eyelets for hanging.
Signs are supplied with a raw edge finish, with simple hemming available as an upgrade.
Add ribbon in select colours for a beautiful finishing touch! Ribbon is supplied for tying to both sides of the sign.
SIZE OPTIONS
You have the choice of four size options. The measurements listed below refer to the height of each fabric sign.
Our most popular sizes are Welcome Sign 65×200cm and Bar Sign 50×100cm, however sizing can be flexible depending on how you plan to display your signs.
The maximum width for BOTH signs is 140cm.
- Classic – Welcome 200cm & Bar 100cm
- Welcome Upgrade – Welcome 250cm & Bar 100cm
- Bar Upgrade – Welcome 200cm & Bar 150cm
- Full Upgrade – Welcome 250cm & Bar 150cm
DISPLAYING YOUR SIGN
Frames are not included. Welcome signs are typically displayed on a frame or stand at your ceremony or reception entrance. If you are local to the Sunshine Coast, we have beautiful stands available for hire.
Fabric bar signs are most often styled by draping them across the front of the bar or tying them to a bar frame or structure for a soft, flowing finish.

> Please provide your wording and colour choice/s when ordering (or by email).
> Your initial proof will be provided via email within 2 business days for your review and feedback.
> Included are 2 rounds of design amends. Amends will be made within 2 business days and a revised design proof will be emailed to you for feedback.
> Additional amends following this will incur a design fee (Terms & Conditions). No designs will ever be printed until you are satisfied with your design proof and we have your final approval!
** We do our best to ensure your design is perfect HOWEVER we encourage you to take great care to ensure the accuracy of your design before providing approval to print. It is ultimately your responsibility to ensure your design is correct (including spelling errors).
TIMING
Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for design, production and delivery.
* Timing for the design stage cannot be guaranteed as it is dependant on how quickly you can respond to design proofs, and how many rounds of corrections / proofs are requested. We guarantee a 1-2 business day turnaround on all changes.
Rush orders are not available with fabric signage.
SHIPPING
Our fabric signs are shipped via Australia Post or Courier.
Although they are carefully ironed and folded prior to shipping out, please understand that creasing will occur and your sign will need to be ironed or steamed prior to your day!
