- Personalised with your wording, names, dates, poems, quotes or any message that's meaningful to you
- Colours and wording can be customised to suit your celebration. Fonts are fixed as part of the design and cannot be changed
- Available with a raw edge, sewn hem, eyelets or a rod pocket, depending on how you plan to display your sign
- Standard widths are 40cm or narrower. If you're after a larger or longer sign than the options available here, please get in touch for a custom quote.
- Digital design proofs are provided for approval before printing, with two complimentary rounds of amendments included

Our fabric welcome signs and seating charts are approximately 65cm wide, creating a striking vertical statement while allowing for beautiful drape and movement.
- Small (65 x 150cm) – Suits smaller frames and installations, with little to no floor draping. A beautiful and budget-friendly option for intimate celebrations / smaller spaces.
- Classic (65 x 200cm) – Our most popular size, offering the soft draping effect that makes fabric signage feel so romantic.
- Tall & Statement (300cm and 500cm tall) – Designed for maximum impact. Perfect for suspended installations, high ceilings, tree branches and larger venues where extra length creates beautiful movement, dramatic draping and an unforgettable focal point.
The ideal size will ultimately depend on how you plan to display your sign, whether that's within a frame, suspended from a hanging installation or styled as part of a larger statement piece.

As each piece is individually cut and sewn, finished dimensions may vary slightly by a few centimetres.
Some couples already know exactly how they'd like their seating chart arranged, while others aren't quite sure where to begin. Either way, I've got you covered. Once your order is placed, I'll help you choose the best option for your guest numbers and venue. Your options include:
- Table Number Layout: Guests are grouped neatly under their designated table numbers.
- Banquet Layout: Tailor-made for long, dramatic banquet-style tables.
- Classic Alphabetical: One continuous, clean alphabetical list for a timeless look.
- Structured Alphabetical: A refined layout with sections and subheadings for extra breathing room and easy reading.
A quick tip for display: If you have already hired your easel, frame, or stand, please let me know when you submit your details. This allows me to adjust the artwork proportions so your chart sits beautifully on the day.
This is where the fun begins! We'll personalise your design to make it uniquely yours while ensuring it's equal parts gorgeous and practical.
Your order includes initial design concepts + two rounds of proof amendments, with additional proofs available if needed as an add-on.
Please note that printed signage colours may vary slightly from paper stationery and what you see on screen due to differences in materials and print processes.
The Golden Rule: Nothing ever goes to print without your written approval.
Your Responsibility: While I review every proof with a sharp eye, you are ultimately responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork, including spelling, grammar, dates, guest details and wording, before giving the green light to print.
Timing: Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for design, production and delivery.
* Timing for the design stage cannot be guaranteed as it is dependant on how quickly you can respond to design proofs, and how many rounds of corrections / proofs are requested. We guarantee a 1-2 business day turnaround on all changes.
Rush orders are currently not available with fabric signage.
Shipping: Our fabric signs are shipped via Australia Post or Courier.
Although they are carefully ironed and folded prior to shipping out, please understand that creasing will occur and your sign will need to be ironed or steamed prior to your day.
